The following terms and conditions apply to the User operating the GPS BAY car navigation device.

Product warranty does not cover damages caused by User’s failure to follow all instructions contained in the product’s user guide, accident due to operation of device while driving, misuse or abuse, or unauthorized parts or service.

 

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER USER NOR GPS BAY IS LIABLE TO THE ORDER IF USER OR IT ARE UNABLE TO PERFORM DUE TO EVENTS USER  OR IT ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD,  OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOST DATA OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
